Nina Jarebrink SS11

Nina Jarebrink SS11 offered a bit of diversity, and could basically be broken down into three parts. The first set of looks were very neutral-toned, with clothes in shades of black and what looked like camel. Towards the middle of the show the theme shifted towards nautical/military which was so popular this past spring and summer. Near the end of the collection the theme shifted once again to a more beachy tone, with shades of white and orange/peach being the primary colors used.

Overall I could see myself getting a couple pieces, including one of the white skirts and perhaps one of the navy blazers. I particularly liked the styling of the oversized navy blazer with orange platforms. I will definitely be trying that color combination in the future.

Here are some of my favorite pictures that I took while at the show. For those of you who follow fashion blogs you may recognize a couple "famous" bloggers in some of the photos—namely BryanBoy, Rumi Neely and Andy Torres from Style Scrapbook.

I'll be posting a longer write up at Runway Passport that should be up sometime next week.
